Among firearms enthusiasts, the "firearms/beef jerky" thing is actually a common joke about gun shows.
We heart gun shows, but you have to be brutally honest - gun shows are "beef jerky / beanie baby shows" because that's what makes up a significant percentage of the tables present at any event.
And the SMELL of your fellow patrons. >ick<
