LOST

I don't have words right now as I just finished watching the final episode of LOST (yes, 2 days late) on DVR.

Many will deride it. Many will make poo-poo on its proverbial face.

I, for one, wept at least 5 times in the last showing. And while all the answers are not there, I agree now that they don't have to be.

We all need to see what we see. We all need to hear what we hear. We all need guidance to find what it is we need to find. For them, they had "the island." For us?

Best of luck.

Now cracks a noble heart. Good-night, sweet prince.
And flights of angels sing thee to thy rest.

That damn show has turned us all into poets - or people who quote poetry. How dare they show me a better world and then make me live in the one we have.

Thank you for no spoilers!

I 'Lost' all of my dvr'd episodes from the final season and I'm dragging my feet on season 5 because I don't want it to end... sigh.

Hoping they put out a kick-ass box set of the whole series. Starting to save for it now...

Cal - well-said. I've got another post brewing, as my mind brews through 6 years of episodes.

Jen - No problem with the No Spoilers entry. I'd always mark it. It was wonderful. There will be haters, but I think anyone with a deeper feeling and understanding of reality will be satisfied, at least somewhat. Now get those shows watched! :)
